- Audience Choice, Group A: "Five Bucks" from Cincinnati State
- Audience Choice Runner-Up, Group A: "Would You" from Cincinnati State
- Audience Choice, Group B: "True Colors" from Xavier University
- Audience Choice Runner-Up, Group B: "Dad's Shit" from Xavier University
- Production Book: "Waiting Room" from Northern Kentucky University

The 2023 schedule:
- Kickoff: Wednesday, February 15, 5pm at Big Ash Brewery
- Screenwriting and Pre-Production: Feb 15 - Feb 23
- Production and Post-Production: Feb 24 - March 5
- Initial Cut due by 11:59pm, March 5
- One-on-Ones with the Pros: 1:00pm, March 26 at NKU's Digitorium
- Final Cut due by 11:59pm, April 2
- Screening and Awards: April 22, 9:30am (group A) and 10:45am (group B then awards) at AMC West Chester
This year the College Movie Festival partners with the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival. The Judges' Choice winning movie will screen at this year's OTR Film Festival and the student filmmakers will receive festival passes!
The Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival is the nation’s first diversity film festival led by people in the disability community and takes place July 6-8, 2023. The OTR International Film Festival was named by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World for 2022. The film festival’s mission is to share untold stories that celebrate our shared humanity.
