What are the responsibilities of a Student Orientation Leader???

 

Student Orientation Leaders have the opportunity to welcome new students and their guests/parents to the NKU community. SOL's assist the Orientation staff with programs, participate in information sessions, facilitate small group discussions, and always convey the spirit and sense of community that is a part of the NKU campus. For the 2008 Orientation programs, we will be hiring a total of 26 outstanding students to serve as SOL's.

Responsibilities

Compensation

This is a paid position. SOL’s will be required to live on campus in the Residence Hall. Housing Scholarships will be provided to the SOL’s selected. In addition, students will receive approximately $1600 stipend provided that they complete all the requirements of the position.
