International Education Week

International Education Week is a campus-wide celebration of the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.  The week, which takes place every year in November, is supported as a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, as part of their efforts "to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States."  In 2007, the Office of International Programs, in cooperation with many other NKU offices and departments, coordinated the first all-campus International Education Week.  Over 500 students and scores of faculty and staff participated in the week's events.  Another exciting International Education Week is planned for November 17 - 21, 2008!
