When does it air? Tuesdays 9/8
Who stars? Bret Harrison, Nikki Reed, and Ray Wise (among others)
Why should you care? It's funny, it's well paced, and it has a peppy energy that makes the show whiz by -- when it was over, we were left wanting more! Boys (and some gals) will like the action, girls (and some guys) will like the cute boys, and everyone will love the witty Ray Wise in one hell of a role! (He plays the devil. And you WILL laugh.)
Why should you worry? It airs at the same time as Chuck (on NBC), and that is not good. The shows will probably carry the same set of fans. Many of the Supernatural fans feel threatened by the show, too, with some even carrying out boycotts. These are outside factors, though. The CW found a wonderful pilot that has very little flaws and seems to be a shoo-in for a second season.
Bottom line? If the Supernatural fans can relax (and they likely will once they see this show really is MUCH different from Supernatural) they will find what we found: A wonderful program full of funny hijinks and pleasant characters. Kudos to the CW for finally finding a signature program!
