Dr. Walters Invited to Participate on Dr. Walters spent a weekend at the American Chemical Society headquarters in Washington, DC serving on a review panel for annual reports submitted by student affiliate chapters across the country (including the chapter at NKU). Over 215 applications were reviewed, as well as grant applications for various community service projects. Dr. Walters also is serving on the advisory board of In Chemistry (the publication for ACS Student Affiliates) this year, so there were discussions on the topics to be covered in the coming year. When he wasn't busy, he and his wife Lisa spent the time seeing some of the sights of our nation's capital.
