Tuition
NKU Chase College of Law is a public law school offering an affordable education to both in-state and out-of-state residents. In addition, persons from certain counties in Indiana and Ohio will receive the benefit of a reduced tuition cost through the metro rate. The tuition rates for the 2008-2009 academic year are as follows:
Kentucky Resident
Full-Time: $6,672 per semester.
Part-Time: $556 per credit hour.
Metro Rate*
Full-Time: $10,992 per semester.
Part-Time: $916 per credit hour.
Non-Resident Rate
Full-Time: $14,556 per semester.
Part-Time: $1,213 per credit hour.

*The Metro Rate applies to non-resident students whose permanent residences are in select counties in Ohio and Indiana.
Ohio counties: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Highland and Warren.
Indiana counties: Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland .
