NKU SIGNS LEXINGTON STAR

Lexington Catholic’s Goodrich to attend NKU

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Kari Goodrich, a 2003 graduate of Lexington Catholic High School, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Northern Kentucky University and play women’s tennis for the Norse. Goodrich was named the Knights’ most valuable player last season. She will join an NKU women’s tennis program that posted a 9-12 overall record during the 2002-03 campaign. NKU finished 5-4 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference last year. The Norse had won four straight GLVC championships prior to last season and advanced to the NCAA Division II Tournament in 1999, 2000 and 2002.
