LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University womens tennis team defeated Bellarmine University, 9-0, Tuesday afternoon. Freshman Kari Goodrich won at No. 3 singles and improved to 3-0 for NKU. The Norse are now 3-0 overall, 3-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
NKU 9, Bellarmine 0 Singles 1. Elizabeth Brunsman (NKU) defeated Lori Reinhard, 6-2, 6-0. 2. Becky Dister (NKU) defeated Shingi Nyamwanza, 6-0, 6-0. 3. Kari Goodrich (NKU) defeated Kelly Henderson, 6-0, 7-5. 4. Renae Wright (NKU) defeated Carrie McCoy, 6-1, 6-2. 5. Lindsay England (NKU) defeated Jenna Hurt, 6-0, 6-3. 6.
