HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University women’s soccer player Kendra Zinser has been selected to the 2003 Academic All-District IV second team by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Zinser, a senior forward and a graduate of Mercy High School in Cincinnati, is an accounting major and owns a 3.64 grade point average. She is also NKU’s leading scorer with eight goals and seven assists this season.
NKU is currently 15-2-2 and ranked No. 18 nationally in the NCAA Division II poll. The Norse will be seeking their sixth consecutive Great Lakes Valley Conference championship this weekend at home when they play host to the GLVC semifinals and championship.
NKU will meet the University of Missouri-St. Louis at 4 p.m. Friday in the semifinals at the Town & Country Sports Complex in Wilder, Ky.
