Lawrence shoots 80 to lead NKU at Laker Fall Classic |

ALLENDALE, Mich. - The Northern Kentucky University womens golf team is in fifth place at the Laker Fall Classic after finishing Mondays first round with a score of 326 at the Meadows Golf Course. Alicia Lawrence shot an 8-over-par 80 to lead NKU and is tied for eighth place in the individual standings. Lawrence shot 43-37 Monday for the total of 80. NKU All-American Kim Keyer-Scott is tied for 15th place after shooting an 82 Monday. Kelsey Gauthier and Bianca Hutton of NKU also finished with 82 in the first round and are tied for 15th place individually. Grand Valley State University leads the team standings after the first day with a score of 318. Stacey Goins of Oakland (Mich.) University shot a 4-over-par 76 to lead the individual competition. The final round will be played Tuesday.
