Hutton finishes in third place with two-day score of 148 |

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Bianca Hutton fired an even-par 73 Monday as the Northern Kentucky University womens golf team rallied from a five-stroke deficit to win the Screaming Eagle Golf Classic with a two-day score of 628 at the Helfrich Hills Golf Club. NKU trailed the University of Southern Indiana by five strokes going into Mondays final round, but Hutton and teammate Alicia Lawrence led the Norse to the title. Hutton took third place individually with a two-round total of 148, while Lawrence shot 77 Monday and finished in sixth place with a 155. Southern Indiana totaled 324 Monday and finished with a two-day score of 631, three strokes behind NKU. The Norses Kim Keyer-Scott finished in a tie for 12th place with a score of 161. NKU will compete at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships Oct. 3-4 at the Hickory Point Golf Course in Forsyth, Ill. |
