Gauthier places fifth for NKU with 151 |

PERRY PARK, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University womens golf team posted a third-place finish at the NKU Spring Fling on Sunday with a two-day score of 617. NKUs Kelsey Gauthier shot rounds of 75-76 at the par-72 Perry Park Resort to finish fifth in the individual competition with a score of 151. The Norses Lindsay Newton finished with a two-day score of 155 to place 15th individually. DePauw (Ind.) University, which is ranked No. 1 nationally in the NCAA Division III poll, won the team title with a score of 612. The University of Southern Indiana finished one stroke behind at 613 and captured runner-up honors. Melissa Sneller of Grand Valley State University captured the medal with a two-day score of 148.
