Keyer-Scott earns All-Tournament honors |

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Central Arkansas placed four players in the top 10 as the Sugar Bears captured the 2005 Tusculum College/Kiawah Island Womens Intercollegiate title on Sunday. Central Arkansas, ranked No. 8 in NCAA Division II, posted a score of 627 to win by nine strokes over runner-up West Florida at the Cougar Point Golf Club. West Florida carded the best round on Sunday with 312 to shoot 636 during the two-day tournament. West Florida was led by Clara Fornella, who claimed medalist honors for the second straight year. Fornella shot 152 to edge Carlie Gordon of Lenoir-Rhyne College by one stroke. Central Arkansas Tanner Trumbo finished third with 154, while Kim Keyer-Scott of Northern Kentucky University shot 155 to place fourth. Melissa Sneller of Grand Valley State finished in a five-way tie for fifth place at 157 and claimed the last All-Tournament spot on a scorecard playoff. Nova Southeastern finished third with 650, while Grand Valley State placed fourth with 661. NKU finished fifth with a two-day total of 669.
