WOMEN’S GOLF RECEIVES NCAA BID

Norse to host NCAA Tournament

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University women’s golf team has been selected to participate in the upcoming NCAA Division II Tournament, and the Norse will play host to the postseason event this weekend. The NKU women will be the host at Perry Park Country Club in Perry Park, Ky., for the NCAA II East Regional May 3-4. This is the Norse women’s first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament as a team. Last year, NKU’s Breanne Hall qualified for the NCAA Tournament as an individual. NCAA Division II Women’s East Regional Perry Park Country Club Perry Park, Ky. May 3-4 Participating Teams: Northern Kentucky, Ferris State, Indianapolis, Grand Valley State, Longwood (Va.), Quincy. Individuals: Renee Hoskins, Findlay, Katie Farrell, Southern Illinois at Edwardsville, Liz Schweihs, Lewis.
