FINDLAY, Ohio - Northern Kentucky University women’s golfer Kim Keyer-Scott shot a 6-over-par 78 Friday to finish second in the individual competition at the Oiler Spring Invitational, which was hosted by the University of Findlay.
Grand Valley State University captured the team title with a final score of 329, 10 strokes better than second-place NKU (339). The Norse’s Lindsay Newton shot an 85 to finish in sixth place, while teammate Leslie Fossitt totaled an 86 for seventh place at the par-72 Findlay Country Club.
