NKU RECOGNIZED FOR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University women’s basketball team is No. 5 in the nation in the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association 1999 Division II Academic Top-25 Team Honor Roll, the WBCA announced Tuesday.

NKU posted a team grade point average of 3.457 to rank No. 5 in the nation. Rockhurst was No. 1 with a GPA of 3.744, followed by Regis (3.595), Missouri-Rolla (3.582) and Wayne State (3.576).
