NKU SIGNS WILMINGTON’S SEGRETI

Norse land FAVC Player of the Year

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Anthony Segreti, a 2002 graduate of Wilmington High School, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Northern Kentucky University and play men’s soccer this fall. Segreti, a 5-foot-9 forward, scored 18 goals and had 14 assists as a senior to earn Fort Ancient Valley Conference Player of the Year honors. Segreti led the Hurricane to the FAVC championship and a 14-3-2 overall record last fall. Segreti also played football at Wilmington and was named second team All-Southwest Ohio as a kicker last season. He will join an NKU team that posted a 10-9 record a year ago and finished fourth in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
