MILLER SIGNS WITH NKU

Norse men’s soccer signs recruit

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Jeffrey Miller, a 2003 graduate of Nelson County High School, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Northern Kentucky University and play men’s soccer this fall. Miller, a 6-foot-1 defender, earned All-District honors last fall for Nelson County. He also led the Cardinals to the 5th Region championship in Kentucky last season and was the team’s top defensive player. NKU, which posted a 6-10-2 overall record a year ago, will open the 2003 season Aug. 30 against the University of Findlay at the Town & Country Sports Complex in Wilder, Ky.
