MORRISTOWN, Tenn. - The Northern Kentucky University mens golf team is in fourth place after the first day of competition of the Carson-Newman Invitational. NKU totaled 317 at the par-72 Morristown Country Club Golf Course on Monday. NKU freshman Brandon Brown shot rounds of 36-39 to finish with a first-day score of 3-over-par 75 and in fifth place. NKUs Steve Landrum is in 14th place after shooting a 6-over-par 78. The final round will be played on Tuesday. TEAM
