NKU’S McDOWELL NAMED ALL-GLVC

McDowell earns All-GLVC honors for second straight year

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University men’s tennis player Aaron McDowell has been named All-Great Lakes Valley Conference by the league coaches.

McDowell, a senior from Horse Cave, Ky., and a graduate of Hart County High School, posted a 12-9 overall record at No. 1 singles this season. McDowell also had a 14-6 record at No. 1 doubles this year.

This is the second consecutive year McDowell has earned All-GLVC honors. He posted a 3-0 record at the GLVC Tournament this past weekend with victories against Scott Goodyear of Missouri-St. Louis, Laramie Gavin of SIUE and Jason Garriotte of IPFW.
