Anderson HS standout to play basketball for Norse

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Ryan Patzwald, a standout guard at Anderson High School in Cincinnati, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Northern Kentucky University and play men’s basketball next year. Patzwald, a 5-foot-11 senior guard, averaged 17.5 points per game as a junior as Anderson captured the Fort Ancient Valley Conference championship. He also averaged 5.5 assists per game as Anderson captured its first league title in 21 years. Patzwald earned first team All-FAVC honors as a sophomore and junior, and he was named honorable mention All-City last year.
