NKU’S MASON EARNS ALL-GLVC HONORS

Norse junior first baseman named second team All-GLVC

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Northern Kentucky University junior first baseman Matt Mason has been named second team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference by the league baseball coaches, the GLVC announced Friday.

Mason, a graduate of Highlands High School, hit a team-leading nine home runs this season and batted .346 for the Norse. Mason also led NKU with 42 runs batted in, and he tied a Norse single-season record by hitting 20 doubles this year.
