AT NKU: Begins her third year with the Norse outstanding hitter and defensive player could challenge for AVCA National Player of the Year honors in 2004 has 926 career kills at NKU a transfer from Northern Michigan. 2003: Named first team All-America by the AVCA named National Player of the Week last September and GLVC Player of the Year started all 38 matches and led the team in kills (580) and digs (487) recorded 26 double-doubles and added 55 service aces...named GLVC Player of the Week three times. 2002: Played in 31 matches recorded 346 kills and 315 digs led the team with 46 service aces named AVCA honorable mention All-Great Lakes Region. AT NORTHERN MICHIGAN: Earned Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year honors at Northern Michigan in 2000 led the Wildcats with 354 kills and 351 digs as a freshman also had a team-leading 49 service aces in 2000. HIGH SCHOOL: A 2000 graduate of Thomas More (Wis.) High School led the Cavaliers to the 1999 Wisconsin state championship finished her prep career as Thomas More's all-time career leader with 1,073 kills, 515 digs and 209 service aces coached by Rob McLaughlin. |
