AT NKU: Phillips begins her third season with the Norse…good inside scorer and rebounder…will provide depth again this year…a member of the 2001 and 2002 GLVC All-Academic Teams.
2001-02: Played in 19 games…averaged 1.8 points and 1.3 rebounds…shot 54.2 percent from the field…scored a career-high eight points against Lewis to spark an NKU victory...also made 75 percent of her free throws.
2000-01: Saw action in 21 games…averaged 1.0 points and 0.5 rebounds…shot 80 percent from the field…made all five of her free throws.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2000 graduate of Bishop Brossart High School…ranks No. 24 all-time in Bishop Brossart scoring with 543 career points…also grabbed 566 rebounds at Bishop Brossart…coached by Ray Kues.
PERSONAL: Born on Aug. 4, 1982…daughter of Bill and Pam Phillips.
