HIGHLAND HEIGHTS,
Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University women's tennis team closed
out the regular season on Saturday with a 7-0 victory over Saint
Joseph's.
Patricia Brinck
and Kristen Sunday each won their singles flights without losing
a game, while Michelle Schirmann won, 6-1, 6-1 against Jessica
Conlin in the No. 3 singles flight.
The Norse (15-3,
10-1 Great Lakes Valley Conference) move on to the GLVC Tournament
on Friday and Saturday in Indianapolis.
