AT ILLINOIS CENTRAL: Averaged 16.5 points per game last season ... also pulled down 5.4 rebounds per game and shot 48.5 percent from the field as Illinois Central posted a 29-3 record. AT WISCONSIN: Played in eight games in 2005-06 ... averaged 3.3 ppg.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Limestone Community ... averaged 18.8 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists as a senior in high school and was a nominee for Illinois’ Mr. Basketball Award ... graduated as Limestone’s career leader in points (1,868) and rebounds (860) ... led Limestone to a 27-2 record as a junior, including a win over current NBA standout Shaun Livingston’s Peoria Central team ... named second team Associated Press all-state as a junior, joining Livingston as the only juniors on either of the first two teams ... was also four-time first-team all-conference selection and is one of only three players in history to be named to the Peoria Journal Star’s Class AA first team three times ... won the IHSA Class AA King of the Hill slam-dunk contest ... high-jumped 6-9 as a senior as a track & field standout.
